Kolkata | West Bengal

Set within the larger masterplan of the primary development in Kolkata, the Experience Centre is envisioned as a contemporary pavilion that introduces visitors to the architectural language, lifestyle aspirations, and spatial ethos of the project. Conceived as both an immersive sales environment and a tranquil urban retreat, the building is carefully embedded within a lush landscape setting, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. The design is defined by a bold monolithic form rendered in a warm terracotta hue, framing a series of recessed openings and shaded transitional spaces. These voids invite natural light deep into the interiors while establishing visual connections with the surrounding gardens and courtyards. The spatial composition balances solidity and openness, offering moments of intimacy alongside expansive visual transparency. At the forefront, a thoughtfully curated arrival plaza with soft landscape mounds, interactive play elements, and layered planting creates a welcoming and human-centric environment. The experience extends beyond a conventional sales office, presenting visitors with an atmosphere that reflects calmness, community, and contemporary living. The Experience Centre ultimately serves as a physical manifestation of the project’s identity—refined, contextual, and deeply connected to landscape and climate.
