The marketing office boasts a unique trapezoidal profile inscribed within a square, creating a cuboidal mass with a distinctive ratio of length to height to breadth of 3:1:1. This configuration not only offers a visually striking linear axis but also transforms the interior experience through a steeply slanted roof profile. The three-sided sloped roof brings an intriguing dynamic to the interior space, enhancing the architectural interest for visitors.

Despite its compact size, the office incorporates a narrow open-to-sky courtyard. This thoughtful design element floods the interior with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance without the light source being directly visible.

The soffit in the lounge area is clad in warm-toned birch plywood, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The minimalist design approach ensures that the furniture remains the focal point, with subdued artworks and flooring complementing the overall aesthetic. The marketing office, though small, overcomes spatial challenges through its innovative design and thoughtful use of materials. It serves not only as a functional space but also as an architectural highlight at the entrance of this significant residential development.
