The marketing office boasts a unique trapezoidal profile inscribed within a square, creating a cuboidal mass with a distinctive ratio of length to height to breadth of 3:1:1. The soffit in the lounge area is clad in warm-toned birch plywood, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It serves not only as a functional space but also as an architectural highlight at the entrance of this significant residential development.
